Vertex

The Vertex building combines the best in aesthetic design with demanding high-tech and security specifications.

It is a further example of Livingstone’s flexibility in today’s market.  It is a Livingstone design, build and lease-back project.  As such it was purpose-built for Vertex, which then leased the premises from Livingstone.

A key design aspect was that the building had to exude an appearance of technical innovation and professional excellence.  Other specific requirements for the building design were that it had to incorporate a hygiene red-line environment and secure access for manufacturing areas.
