Calnan House

Calnan House 475m² built into the side of the hill overlooking the Waikato River. Construction of this home required partly retaining the river bank. As the property is situated between existing residents it was essential to ensure the development achieved the highest standard whilst minimizing disruption to all surrounding properties. Further obstacles to overcome in this construction involved working around protected mature trees making access challenging.
