Kea Trailers

The use of Kea Trailers bright colours make the building stand out in its busy Maui Street location at the north end of Hamilton.

Construction commenced in March 2004 and reached completion July 2004.

Features of the development are:

• The Kea Trailers building is based from  a structural steel frame
• Finished with coloursteel cladding.
• The gross floor area of the building is 1,575m²
• The factory uses 1350m² of that space
• The remaining 225m² for the office area.
