McDonald’s New Lynn project situated in Auckland consists of a new restaurant and McCafe.

Due to the nature of the industry, this project was fast tracked to be completed in five months.

Features for this project are:

• Concrete floor slab
• Timber framed walls
• Brick veneer cladding
• Internal feature walls and ceilings with laminate panels and Jarrah trim.
• Total floor area 600m²
