K & S Developments

This development involved the construction of a total of 36 industrial starter units.  Each unit varies in layout and size ranging from 146m² to 300m² total floor area to attract an assortment of tenants.   The units incorporate toilet, shower, lunchroom and office facilities in addition to general production areas.
