Tatua AMF Plant

Regular fortnightly Project Control Group Meetings were held with members of the Design and Client Teams where Livingstone provided regular project reports and liaised with the Consultant Team for this project. A design delay during the early stages of the contract required an acceleration of resources to meet the original completion date.

Features of this building include:

• Construction of a manufacturing and storage facility of approximately 3500m² including critical hygiene areas
• Steel portal frames with metal cladding roof and metal cladding/concrete tilt panel walls.
• Specialist floor finishes
• Fully air conditioned and temperature regulated building
