Canary Enterprises is a manufacturing company producing specialist butter products.

Major increases in production volumes and the prospect of improving exports required the client to undertake an involved move to a new site that was designed to meet their current and expected demand, but also future proofed for major expansion.

This was a design and build project and central to this has been the design of the freezer and chiller rooms and the positioning of services to allow expansion without the need for reworks that waste value.
