Livingstone worked with the consultants and client on this project to alter portions of the job to save a considerable amount of money to bring the project within our clients budget and without compromising the functionality and aesthetics of the building greatly.

Built from a combination of building product including precast panels, unispan flooring, block work walls & foundations and extensive timber framed walls & roof trusses. It was clad in Hardies weather boards and rockcote insulated cladding with long run coloursteel roofing.

Among its many features are:

• Glass balustrading to the exterior decks and walkways
• A bar and commercial kitchen
• Spa baths to a number of the units.
