Te Awamutu Intermediate - Technology Block

A request from the Te Awamutu Intermediate's BOT resulted in this state of the art technology block to replace the original block.  The project consisted of demolition of the existing technology buildings and total construction and commissioning of the new facility.  The building is a well integrated building on the school site and has been constructed of permanent materials which minimizes ongoing maintenance for the school.  The building is fully air conditioned and utilizes higher levels of insulation.  The floor coverings and wall linings are very high quality and have allowed a good use of colour through the block.  Computer technology is also well serviced throughout the block, enabling all users a facility to utilize computers for design and resourcing etc.
