IT Systems Administrator

We are seeking an IT Systems Administrator to provide professional IT support and assistance to our remarkable team of 190+ office and site staff.


Technical issue resolution is a key part of this role as well as the ability to communicate with a wide group of employees with varying levels of IT literacy. Additionally, the main responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to:


  • IT Support for all end user hardware/software
  • Building laptops, desktops, phones, and tablets
  • The procurement and management of IT assets
  • Maintaining and updating IT procedure manuals
  • Administration of Office365 including Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
  • Network management


To be successful in this role you will need:


  • Industry certifications such as A+, Network+, and relevant Microsoft certifications
  • 2 years’ experience in a relevant IT position
  • Experience using Microsoft server products, networking, and cloud-based technologies
