A huge congratulations to the 88 entrants in the 2018 Commercial Project Awards!

Livingstone are elated to announce the success of Cobb & Co. Dunedin in the Commercial Fit Out Category, where it won a Gold Award and a Value Award. Judges’ comments noted the ‘Passionate clients took on the brave task of fitting out one of New Zealand’s most recognisable historic buildings, the Dunedin Railway Station, as a Cobb and Co family restaurant. The contractor completed the project on time and on budget, with the City Council as landlord and Historic Places constantly looking over their shoulder. Although based in Hamilton, the contractors hired virtually all labour and subtrades locally, at the client’s instance.
