People & Culture Co-ordinator

The Company:
We are looking for an awesome People and Culture Coordinator to join our dynamic Team in Hamilton.

You will be:
  • Part of our People, Culture and Safety team of 7 employees
  • Supporting the team with all HR-related functions & project work, and be point of contact for HR related queries from our 200 employees
  • Providing support with the recruitment and onboarding process - posting job adverts, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and initiating the onboarding process
  • Preparing letters of offer, employment agreements and variations
  • Maintaining our internal HR System by keeping all documents current and compliant
  • Assisting with monthly reporting
  • Managing corporate uniform
  • Coordinating and managing the exit interview process when required
  • And contributing to creating a positive and fun company culture!
  
What you will need:
  • Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources or Business Administration would be an advantage
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Human Resource Administrator role or similar
  • Full NZ Drivers Licence
  • Confidence in using Microsoft Office
  • A positive attitude
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Relationship building skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good organisational skills and prioritisation skills
  • Good understanding of NZ Employment Law
