Vet Ora is an architecturally designed new build, set on the outskirts of Hamilton.

The 3350sqm site footprint holds a 950sqm two-story building, with the veterinarian clinic including 2 surgeries with infection control facilities, an xray and dental theatre, consult room, and an acoustically designed kennel and cattery.

300 x 8m piles were required to form the foundation of the building, as it was built on peat. The building's structure is made from structural steel, with a concrete mid floor. The exterior is formed using cedar precast paneling and color steel.

Programmed across 8 months, the project was delivered to a very happy client 2 weeks ahead of schedule.

When all is said and done, we do what we say we are going to do - that is to create a project that exceeds your expectations at every turn.
