Situated on the edge of Te Rapa behind The Base shopping precinct, sits the impressive Normans Transport 9,308m² building.

The Normans Transport facility consists of two large warehouses, a loading bay, two service areas and an office. The project was split and then developed over two stages to allow a consistent workflow, enabling contractors to systematically work through areas.
