Simplicity Fitness Kakano

We were engaged by our key client, City Fitness, to complete the fitout for the first Simplicity gym in Auckland. The gym is a premium, exclusive fitness studio targeted at premium members.

We completed the new gym fitout within the new base build shell. This required seismic steel installation within the tenancy to cater to fitout requirements. The premium fitout consisted of high-end finishings including fully tiled private bathrooms, large open plan style gym and multiple TV and audio devices to aid in workouts.

Due to the premium nature of the build, and tight timeframe, the project required the use of high performing subcontractors with fast turn around and high-quality finishing standards.
We worked on behalf of City Fitness on a second stage of works with the base build to remedy structural fire issues. The project was handed over ahead of programme with zero defects.
