O-Studio Cambridge Fitout

Livingstone delivered the specialist tenancy fitout for O-Studio Cambridge, turning a base-build tenancy into a high-quality recovery and wellbeing studio.

The completed studio brings O-Studio’s massage, float, sauna, cold immersion, recovery and yoga services together under one roof. It’s a welcoming space designed around the customer experience, with practical layouts that support the studio’s day-to-day operations.

Our team managed the handover from the base build, then coordinated the trades, services and specialist suppliers through a single controlled delivery process. Construction was completed in a focused 44-working-day programme, followed by commissioning, compliance close-out and preparation for opening day.

Our established Cambridge track record and trusted local subcontractors and suppliers allowed us to resource the project quickly and resolve issues efficiently. The result is a quality experience for O-Studio and its customers, and a new local destination for recovery, wellbeing and connection in Cambridge.
