Frontier Estate - Medical and Office Complex

Frontier Estate Block B is a purpose-built specialist medical and commercial office complex delivered within a new residential development in Te Awamutu. Designed to support a rapidly growing community, the project provides flexible, high-quality tenancy space to help establish essential health and professional services at the heart of the neighbourhood.

Commencing in October 2024, Livingstone completed the full base build on a greenfield site, beginning with civil establishment and enabling works. This included the coordination and installation of extensive underground services to support current requirements and provide capacity for future development. Careful staging and forward planning ensured the site infrastructure was installed, tested and future-proofed to allow multiple tenancies to be delivered efficiently in succession. In addition to the base build, we completed the interior fitout for the medical centre.

The project was completed on budget and in line with the programmed schedule, reflecting disciplined project controls, proactive problem-solving and strong collaboration between the client team, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
