National Commercial Manager - Hamilton

Livingstone’s is a homegrown success story, with two Waikato brothers buying a small Te Awamutu business in 1982 and expanding it into a highly respected construction company that operates throughout the country and now has branches in Waikato, New Plymouth, Bay of Plenty and Auckland.
During this time the industry has grown immensely and so have we. We now want to raise our leadership capability to ensure we continue on our current growth trajectory by strategically increasing our market share. A Commercial Manager with drive, a hunger for change and first-rate commercial acumen will be critical to ensuring we achieve this.
Are you ready to be that leader for us?
In this role you will develop and implement a short and long-term commercial strategy that is in line with our vision and overall business goals. You will explore possible new revenue streams of business and lead the organisations brand management and corporate identity functions. Your outstanding negotiation skills will be used in full force to ensure we secure the right contracts, with the right clients and at the right time to secure our future success.

To be successful in the role you will need:
• 10 years’ experience in a Quanity Survey, Project Management or Commercial position
• 5 years’ management experience
• 5 years’ experience working in the construction industry
