Site Manager - EXPRESSION OF INTEREST Auckland, Waikato, Taranaki and Bay of Plenty

What you'll need is proven construction industry experience on projects up to at least $3 million, a relevant trade qualification and the ability to work with a diverse team while maintaining great relationships with clients and stakeholders.

If you live outside the Waikato, Taranaki, Bay of Plenty and Auckland regions, relocation costs may be negotiable. You will need to be in a position to pass a pre-employment drug test as well as a criminal convictions check to be able to work in schools and the Department of Corrections.

Quantity Surveyor - EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

• Ability to deal with a wide range of clients and subcontractors
• Ability to foresee and identify risks
• Excellent time managements skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Full driver’s license
