We are looking for experienced Site Foremen for exciting new construction projects in Taranaki.
Livingstone Building NZ Ltd has major commercial projects starting soon and we need to add you to join our team of highly motivated and valued staff.

As a Site Foreman, you will have:
• Trade Carpentry qualification and proven experience within the industry
• Experience in delivering projects ranging in values
• Ability to coordinate a team of staff and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality work and targets achieved
• Ability to deal with a wide range of clients and subcontractors
• Ability to foresee and identify risks
• Excellent time managements skills

You will need to be in a position to pass a pre-employment drug test as well as a criminal convictions check for work in schools and the Department of Corrections.

We are seeking Project Managers of all levels across the regions

In return, you will work on medium-to-large scale projects. You will be an integral member of a highly innovative project management team that continues to build excellence in our employees and in the construction projects we deliver.
Ideally, you will have:
• A Carpentry certificate or higher qualification.
• The ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects at once and ensure the continuity of work.
• Be familiar with computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
• The ability to read and interpret building and site plans, and specifications.
• The ability to create and adhere to project programmes and timeframes.
• Experience in preparing in-depth construction project methodologies.
• The ability to lead and manage staff including subcontractors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A Full and clean driver’s licence
