The Role
We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join our passionate and dynamic team that is committed to delivering excellence.
Day- to -day you will be responsible for organising on-site activities, ensuring our projects are built safely, on time, within budget and to our high standards. It is a fast-paced environment, and you will bring strong practical construction experience. You will be working with a team of likeminded individuals, have great leadership skills, have a can-do attitude and positive mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Read and understand plans, specifications and consents.
- Create and track detailed construction programmes in Microsoft Project
- Build and maintain team morale while working collaboratively with project teams
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to all correspondence, problem solve and resolve construction issues.
- Deliver on time, every time!
You will have:
- Commercial construction experience (desirable)
- National Certificate in Carpentry and/or relevant experience in the construction sector
- Relevant project management tertiary qualifications (desirable)
- Experience with MS office suite, primarily MS Project and Excel
- Full Drivers Licence
- Excellent communication and planning skills
- Strong relationship management skills
- Confidence in managing information across all phases of construction
