We are looking for an experienced and motivated Site Foreman - Asset Management to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on maintaining and improving existing assets while leading site teams to deliver high-quality outcomes safely and efficiently.
About the Role
As Site Foreman - Asset Management, you will oversee the delivery of maintenance, renewals, and minor works across a range of assets. You will provide strong on-site leadership, ensuring work is completed to required standards, within budget, and in line with agreed programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities across asset maintenance and upgrade projects
- Lead and support site teams and subcontractors to deliver planned works
- Ensure all work meets quality standards, specifications, and compliance requirements
- Maintain a strong focus on health, safety, and environmental management
- Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving issues proactively
- Liaise with asset managers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
- Manage site resources, materials, and equipment effectively
- Support asset lifecycle planning through feedback and site insights
- Proven experience in a Site Foreman or supervisory role, ideally within asset management, maintenance, or renewals environments
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Solid understanding of maintenance programmes, asset lifecycle, and operational environments
- Ability to read and interpret plans, scopes of work, and specifications
- Commitment to health, safety, and compliance
- Strong organisational and problem-solving capabilities
- Effective communicator with the ability to build relationships on site and with stakeholders
