Metlifecare Bayswater went through major refurbishments, completed by our Tauranga team.
The outside cladding and external concrete all had to be re-waterproofed and tiled. The apartments that were refurbished consist of 1-3 bedrooms, with the penthouses having views of Mount Maunganui in the distance.
Livingstone faced a challenge whilst working around a live environment, but our vision for excellence saw through this problem and got the job done.
