The Pact Group building is a contemporary style building spread over two storeys. The concept for the building’s design was generated from the idea of packaging. The building was envisioned as a precision-made package or container. Comprising of simple modular elements, and is designed to look as if it is floating above the ground, while remaining grounded by the lift and stair core.
Maximising views, sunlight, internal growth and flexibility, the end result is contemporary and fresh. With an environmentally sustainable design, the usage of natural light allows this to be an energy efficient building as well as a pleasant place for all employees to work.
