Excelsa is a multi-purpose complex that provides the fast-growing area of Papamoa with a convenient retail and community facility. The project was constructed over three stages. Livingstone Building have been involved in the construction and fit-outs at each phase of this development, providing a consistent construction partner across multiple clients.

STAGE ONE – Medical Centre (2015)
902m2

• This 902m2 development was Livingstone’s first commercial project with our key client, Bluehaven Group.
• The medical centre tenancies include a doctor’s surgery, pharmacy, physio, dentist and cafe.

STAGE TWO (2019)
2,427m2

• Situated on the corner of Golden Sands Drive and Papamoa Beach Road, this commercial retail development spans over three buildings and two storeys.
• Tenancies include a restaurant/bar, Mediterranean restaurant, Indian restaurant, hair salon, cinema, liquor store, nail salon, bakery and Four Square supermarket.
• Coordination with fitout contractors and adapting the base build design to suit tenancy layouts were key success factors of this stage of the development.

STAGE THREE (2020)
1,200m2

• This stage of the development included a Japanese restaurant, veterinarian, 24-hour gym and office space.
• Livingstone were the main contractor and completed the base build along with the fitouts of the Bluehaven Office and Anytime Fitness.
