Hamilton Office

Opened on Maui Street in 1999, the Hamilton office operates as Livingstone’s head office. Shared national roles are managed from the head office, including Finance, Pre-Construction, Health & Safety, Quality Assurance, Sustainability, and Business Development.

Our Waikato team covers the full range of project delivery expertise, from Project Directors, Project Managers, Site Managers and Quantity Surveyors, to Carpenters and Apprentices. We also have a dedicated Asset Management team in Waikato, overseeing both planned and reactive maintenance services.

With expertise across large-scale commercial, industrial, education, retirement and refurbishment projects, our Waikato team is equipped to deliver high-quality outcomes across a diverse range of sectors.
