Ash Burkhart is Chief Executive Officer of Livingstone Building, leading the family-owned company’s strategy and growth. His expertise covers national construction leadership, strategic and commercial management, governance, and operations.
Previously, Livingstone's General Manager - Upper North Island where he was responsible for the project management of the region's highest-value builds.
Ash’s project portfolio spans major national and regional clients, including Fonterra’s North Bloc office redevelopment in Hamilton, The Hive at St Paul’s Collegiate School and McDonald’s Hamilton Central, which is part of Livingstone’s 30-year national partnership with McDonald’s Restaurants NZ, spanning more than 1,200 projects.
